Servicing
Company S.A.F. Praha Ltd. offers 12 to 24 month warranty for all standard equipment it produces and delivers; warranty period depends on type of equipment, and it is counted from the moment of delivery (3,400 working hours is maximum). The warranty does not include either the ordinary wear and tear of single parts (common consuming parts) or damages caused by not following the Operator and Maintenance Guide or by malpractice.
Company S.A.F. Praha Ltd. provides warranty service:
- In case damage occurs within warranty period, the company S.A.F. Praha Ltd. service technician will visit the user within 24 (48) hours from reporting the damage. The technician will specify the damage, and he will either repair it immediately or ensure the arrival of other service workers
- The delivery of all spare parts, including consumer parts, is secured by the company S.A.F. Praha Ltd. storehouse
- Consumer spare parts are permanently in stock
- The warranty service is free of charge
- The consumer parts delivery, and repairs of damages outside the warranty (see warranty) are paid for.
Company S.A.F. Praha Ltd. provides after-warranty service:
- In case damage occurs after the warranty period, the company S.A.F. Praha Ltd. service technician will visit the user within 24 (48) hours from reporting the damage. The technician will specify the damage, and he will either repair it immediately or ensure the arrival of other service workers
- The delivery of all spare parts, including consumer parts, is secured by company S.A.F. Praha Ltd. storehouse
- After the warranty period, it is necessary to announce the date of arrival for ordinary service work at least five working days ahead of time, together with a description of damaged equipment, spare parts orders, etc.
- The after-warranty service is paid for; it is only provided if a Service Contract is signed between the supplier and customer.
